Sam's Club

I love shopping at Sam's club. I really like that you get a big bulk of different items that are not expensive at all. Whenever I go to Aiken I try to stop at the store.

We were on the hunt for a specific Christmas decoration over in Augusta. They were out but Aiken showed possibly in stock. I called and was told there was one, but they couldn’t hold it as store policy. Since it was only 15-20 min from time I called until I arrived, seemed like no big deal. However, once I arrived, someone had grabbed the one I drove over to get. There were several in a different color, but not the one we wanted. After some diligent searching, they actually found one and I was able to get it after all. Many thanks to Nancy, Roxeanne and Katie for not giving up and making arrangements for me to get our item. Any other store would have just said no, we don’t have it, or if it’s not on shelf, we are out. I had checked online and said not available at any store, and out of stock online. Again, thanks to those ladies for not just doing their job, but going above todays normal! Merry Christmas!

Need to update all open hours for each department including lunch hours. My daughter needs glasses, my son in law is a marine and stationed in North Carolina. They just got married and don't have housing yet. So she lives here and he comes on weekends. We've been to sams twice already, first time was last Sunday when it says they're open, they were close, he had Monday off so we went again, they were closed an hour at 3:30 for lunch, we couldn't wait cuz he had to go pack for North Carolina. We wasted 2 trips and she's in her first trimester with family hystery of critical pregnancies. Ppl base their errands on time schedules and when you don't update your websites it messes with their schedules which causes anxiety, especially in pregnant women.

Bad when they stop selling sheet cakes unless you specifically order one now... customer service has gone downhill!
