Royal Palms Apartments

OMG what can I say I've been living here for going on 3 years and Charlie, the property manager, is the best to say the least. The apartment is just the right size and fit for me and I love my neighbors. Convenient and close to everything. Whenever I have an issue with anything the property manager gets right on it!

Royal Palms is a great community. I have lived in North Augusta most of my life and have seen these apartments for years. When I moved back to the area I decided to look for an apartment until I decided which area to settle in. Royal Palms had just totally renovated the apartment building I went to view. WOW, it is a beautiful home. The grounds are always kept neat and trim. Landscaping is amazing. The best part is the property manager, Charlie!!! She is always amazing and helpful. She always smiles when you see her on the property and always cares to ask how your family is doing. It is rare to find a property manager like that. During the Hurricane, Charlie always ensured we knew what was happening and when the power should be back on. She asked if we needed anything and was always looking out for the tenants. Charlie is one of a kind.

I want to give a really big thank you to Charlie and how she welcomed me in with open arms. Always willing to help with anything from the goodness of her heart. Mike takes care of the complex and is always on top of the upkeep of it. I recommend anyone in need of a place to give them a try. I always be a friend to them for being great host. The apartments are beautiful and newly renovated. The owner Michael and the office manager, Charlie are spectacular! They went out of their way to make sure an apartment was ready for my needed move in date and have been so incredibly accommodating and kept in good communication with me. I adore these 2
