I used to really enjoy coming here to get my car washed, but unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. I recently pulled up to have my new SUV detailed, but when I tried to pay, my card wasn’t going through for some strange reason. After a couple of attempts, the attendant made a completely uncalled-for comment: “You must ain’t got the money!” Excuse me? That was beyond unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful. I don’t know where this person got their customer service training, but that kind of behavior is unacceptable. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I went to Sparkle Car Wash just down the street, and while I had the same issue with my card not processing, their staff kindly checked and confirmed I was using a credit card, not a debit card. Problem solved. Had your staff taken the time to verify the payment method instead of trying to embarrass a paying customer, you would have had my business. Do better.

Outstanding job cleaning up my truck. It was pretty dirty and they took thier time and had it looking brand new.

They are very detailed and at a great price! Will come back here again and I haven’t even seen the finish job. I can tell they are doing a great job just watching them! Nice inside and outside waiting areas if you get the interior hand washed

I just get my car and I select full service. I was so disappointed they didn’t even vacuum the car or a trunk, very bad I don’t recommend them to anyone they take our money without doing anything they don’t deserve not even 1 star I give them Zero .

The guys here always take excellent care of my cars. Full automatic car wash with hand detailing for a reasonable price. Efficient, friendly service!
