Riverstone Apartments

UPDATE: returned to the office at 4pm (office hours list that it’s open until 6pm) and there is still no one present. I was informed that they recently came under new management and things have taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunate because I was looking forward to considering this apt as my next home. Scheduled a tour for 0900, office opens at 0900, it’s currently 0925 and no one has shown up, and doors to the front office are locked. I’ve seen three other residents try to stop by the office to be met with dark lights. Unfortunately a bad first impression when looking for a place to live.

My family and I relocated to georgia from South carolina and it has been a smooth process thanks to our property manager APRIL HAWORTH. She has been super responsive during the entire process. Our unit is very nice. The property is well kept the neighbors have been welcoming. I love the amenities.

One of my family members moved to this complex a few weeks ago and their experience was the best one yet. They travel for work so constantly moving is very hard for them and they dont always have the best experience but the staff at this complex made it so easy for them and were very helpful. I visited them shortly after moving in and the complex is beautiful and the office staff were so friendly! Highly recommend!

Benjamin did a great job at replacing the garbage disposal. He was very knowledgeable, very polite and respectful. He gave tips on maintenance of the garbage disposal to prevent future leakage and damages
