DO NOT PURCHASE!! Arrived today for my supposed appointment and was told sheβs been out of business for several months!! Trying to get a refund from Groupon.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying the Groupon. Horrendous communication. So unprofessional & only quickly responded when I said I was contacting Groupon for a refund. Iβve never experienced customer service like this before.

Received a gift from my stepson via Groupon for a 60 minute message. It took several calls before I was able to make an appointment for two weeks in advance. The day before the appointment Leslie called and said she sustained an injury and would need to reschedule which was understandable. The appointment was in fact rescheduled for the 26th of March. At 8:00 pm on Sunday night the 25th she called and said she the orthopedic doctor told her she should not return to work yet and that she had her grandchild all day and would need to reschedule again. Iβm not sure which orthopedic doctor works on Sunday! If you want a massage from Leslie, you better hurry. If she treats all her clients this way I doubt very much if she will be in business much longer.

Leslie is the only lower back specialist in CSRA. She truly knows her job, and will strive to make her patients comfortable. She took her time reviewing my medical history and asking questions about my body. After a terrible car accident caused by a driver with no license and multiple DUIs, Leslie tremendously helped with my back pain and spasms. After seeing here on regular basis for few months, my muscle spasms were gone for good. I travelled 40 minutes to each visit because it was worth it. It truly irritates me that some individuals would leave 1 star reviews based on things that are unrelated to the quality of services Leslie provides. She specializes in medical and prenatal massage; she does not run a SPA. With that being said, she offers a quaint room with music, candles, natural massage oils, and aromatherapy. She is also professional and kind. I highly recommend Leslie if you wish to get better and ease your pain, chronic or temporary.

used to be great, now a disaster! This place used to be great and that's why I prepaid for 10 hrs of massage. But since this year the therapist has been working reduced hours which are very inconvenient (most appointments are at 8:45 am!), and there's a few months' wait before you can schedule anything. To make it worse, the therapist is usually ruining 15-20 minutes behind, which means if you get there on time for your massage, you'll be STANDING OUTSIDE for 20 mins before you can even get in. Yep I mean STANDING OUTSIDE without a seat or AC because she'll lock the front door! I'm finishing my last massage today and definitely not coming back. The therapist is a nice person and does a great job, but this model of doing business is definitely not working.
