Renters beware!!!! Once you become a resident they do not care about nothing but the money which they do not use to fix issues going on in your home but will blatantly lie and give excuses an you will have issue after issue with outdated apartment

Been out here 3 going on 4 years & by far I can say Jennifer has been one of the sweetest , understandable, caring property managers. Not often do you have people that genuinely care about your personal situations or just what type of day you’re having considering the fact that everyone’s human & have their own problems. But Jennifer is a property manager that understands. I just feel like (from experience) tenants can be more courteous of how they speak or treat others. Thank you Jennifer for everything. You sure can turn a rainy day into sunshine😩🙏💙

I have lived here for three years now; it has been a fantastic experience. Lynda, Property Mgr is wonderful, professional and easy to work with which applies to Maintenance professional as well. The property is very safe, quiet, clean, has no pest control issues, and well monitored. The rent is very reasonable for the area, at night, there is no loitering. My only concern is the old white flooring in the entrance of the apt. Which is very dated and nearly impossible to clean and the tubs can use an upgrade as well, other than that, the residents is A Diamond in the Rough.

I've lived here going on two years and always have loved it! Jennifer in the office is extremely helpful and so nice. The apartments are spacious and renovated nicely.

I lived at Rivers Edge for almost 5 years. It had its ups and downs overall for the price you can't beat it. I didn't like any of the maintenance men. I felt like they were coming in when I was not home because sometimes my door was half way unlocked and he left things laying around and I hadn't even put a work order in for anything thing. I kind miss the place and want to move back.
