Right at Home

We love Donna T.! She fits right into our family with her pleasant personality, chatting with my 93yo mom while she vacuums, helping my dad with a shower, and anything else we ask her help with. She works willingly and joyously. From day 1, she understood us and we understood her. My dad doesn’t hear, but she communicates with him quite well; and he was very comfortable even on the first day, telling her step by step how he likes his shower. When she isn’t working with him specifically, she finds tasks that need to be done, like sweeping the kitchen or the front porch. Donna is a natural caregiver!

Rachel and Right at Home are fantastic and always very responsive. They are very caring and I highly recommend Rachel. She has much compassion and makes the process very easy. Definitely worth contacting her and I believe you will have the same experience

I would like to begin this review by saying that I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with almost everyone at Right At Home. Let me begin with Rachel who helped guide us through the process of setting up services for my family member, Mr. Charles. Rachel is a very warm and kind person who helped ease my anxiety and made sure Charles would have all of his needs met. I know for a fact that she went out of her way and performed duties that were not part of her “job description” to make life easier for our family. I will always be grateful for Rachel. I am also very grateful for the two primary caregivers that have cared for Charles. The day caregiver, Bennajae, is energetic and positive and she and Charles like to joke around with each other. Bennajae takes Charles to his many appointments and helps him exercise. Bennajae helped Charles get settled in his new home and is always willing to help out in any way that she can. In addition, she has handled unexpected medical situations quite well. Mariah, who was another one of Charles’ caregivers, is now working in the office for Right At Home. Mariah has a quiet and calming presence. She is a good listener, observant and shows an attention for details. She often anticipated Charles’ needs before he (or we) even asked. She also spoiled him with good cooking and watched movies with him. She was also very empathetic towards all of the family concerns. I have also had a consistently positive experience with two of the care coordinators in the office, Truthe and Mariah. I am very happy to have the opportunity to engage with Mariah in a different capacity. Since Mariah is familiar with Charles, once again, she has come alongside the family to assist us with the scheduling. She answers my many phone calls and is gracious and patient and offers suggestions when we need solutions. Both Truthe and Mariah have been very accommodating when it comes to arranging a care schedule for Charles and I know it...

Houston was compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped me navigate through all services available. He made a very overwhelming situation much less stressful for me. Many thanks

I have been happy with the level of care all who have been sent to my dads house have given, but one caregiver, Veronica is my absolute lifeline to my dad! When she is with him, I know he’s in great care! She goes above and beyond, is very responsible, and very dependable! She’s a very hard worker and is great with my father! She’s also very knowledgeable.
