Chuck, Murphy, the ladies at the front desk, and the mechanics in the shop all work so hard to get your car fixed to near perfect condition. Although there were some issues that popped up after getting my car back (not their fault) and they towed my car back in, got me a rental car (they covered it), and fixed it while handling the insurance company months after my initial wreck. They do fantastic work and made my car look like the day I drove it off the lot a few years ago. If there’s any issue, they are quick to respond and find a solution. Every step of the way I was informed and even sent pictures when I asked. 10000000/10 would recommend over and over again! Thank you guys!!!!

I have an older mileage truck. The rear bumper was bent by someone backing into a Pollard at a tire store I won't name because their video was apparently so bad they couldn't see the damage on it. Anyway I had heard good things about Rick's and hoped they would be able to find a bumper to replace it. Murphy assured me he'd do everything to find one. After 5 months of "trying" I asked if the bumper could be bent down again so that I could use the tailgate as intended. He said yes it would only take a couple hours and they would do it as a courtesy while we continue to search for a bumper. I had a family member drop it off on a Sunday evening and put the key in dropbox. Didn't hear anything till I called Tuesday wondering what was taking so long. He assured me at 5:45 on Tuesday evening it would be done first thing in the morning. I showed up at around 1:30 Wednesday because why bother calling when he won't take my calls or call back as promised. Not done! The poor lady at the front that has to help me tells me to come back after 3:30 Murphy said it will be done then. Not! He called my family member that dropped it off (at work)at 3pm! Can't help me they can't get the bumper off the truck. I could kind of understand if he told me right away but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Trying to get a call back from this man was like pulling teeth. When this happened they gave me a complete refund because of course I had already paid for everything. Almost 6 months ago. So I complained to my brother and he graciously offered to look at it and within 30 minutes he sent me a pic of the bumper flat and another of the tailgate open. He has also found a possible replacement within 5 minutes of looking online. If you do go here for help, insist on ANYONE besides Murphy. I find him incompetent and lacking the skills that keep customers at least content and notified of extenuating circumstances. Thank you for reading this long rant I hope it helps. My brand new truck was damaged in the storm back in September and I knew immediately that my truck would be going to Rick's. What they thought was going to be a lengthy process due to the high volume of damaged vehicles, they worked there magic over a short 4-week time frame which now you would never know anything ever happened. They definitely take pride in their work. When a part came in with a small nick in it from the manufacturer they refused to install. Most company's would have probably installed and tried to pass it off hoping the customer world never notice. I can not thank Murphy, Hamilton, & Nick enough for going above&beyond, taking care of my truck, while also keeping me updated along the way. I Highly recommended Rick's Paint & Body for any and all body damage you may have. !!!

Twice my vehicle has been to this establishment and twice it has come back with parts not put together properly. An eighth grader could probably do a better job. Mind you, they will be very polite while destroying your vehicle and taking your money. Additionally, I wish I could say this is just my experience, but I can not, I have a neighbor who was sent to them for insurance repair work, and his vehicle has front-end issues as well. As a long-time USAA member, I will recommend that they drop this shop from their list for repair work.

Everyone at Rick’s was kind and very helpful to a pair of very senior citizens after a minor fender bender. They helped us file the claim when insurance company was being difficult, kept us informed as the repair progressed. We are very thankful for front desk staff, the young man promptly doing the estimate, to the actual repair people. Beautiful job performed by kind employees - kudos to all of you and many thanks.
