Residence Inn Augusta

This is the second hotel I visited in 3 days. Ms Anita won me over, she is sooo welcoming and make you feel appreciated and at home. Guy named Ken also helped me with luggage. Such a wonderful group of people there. They walk down the hallway and say “good morning “. Plenty of parking even when you get in after 8pm. Area is clean and I feel totally safe. They are in the middle of renovations and even with that going on the workers are so quiet and polite. Residence Inn 😍

All the comforts of a studio apartment on vacation. They're doing construction right now, but by the time you read this you'll have a newly renovated room. Its correctly located next to lots of entertainment options and food. Ample parking and friendly staff. I highly recommend this establishment.

There is an EV charging station free with room. The showers have good water pressure. The continental breakfast is hot, fresh, and tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfy.

We stayed here for 2 days. The suite that we were in was recently renovated. There was no bedside table, the basin was blocked and some unfinished work. The room was dark and gloomy with a window with just a glimpse of the outside world. Apart from that the staff were OK and the breakfast was excellent. It’s located next to a busy highway with plenty of free parking.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing, to say the least. It seems the property has gone downhill dramatically. The pull-out couch in my room was completely out of order, the room phone didn’t work, and the body wash dispenser was empty. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even call the front desk to request more soap because the phone was nonfunctional. Luckily I only stayed one night so I was able to take a decent shower once I got home. This level of neglect, value for what I paid, and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again and cannot recommend it to others.
