Working with Ed Girardeau was an absolute pleasure. In 2022, he managed to sell our house at double the price I had previously offered it to a tenant just 1.5 years earlier. I must admit, I can be a bit stubborn when it comes to negotiations, but Ed's patience and professionalism never wavered. He stood by us every step of the way until the land was sold. Would I recommend Ed? Absolutely! Not only did we gain a fantastic realtor, but we also made a great friend in the process.

They have been wonderful, if you ever need help getting a place I strongly suggest them. And if you get the chance ask for Ted. He is extremely informative and will guide you through all of the steps. There were points where we were a little insure of what to expect or what to do. He didn't hesitate to explain what each step was and what it meant for us to do. He took the time to actually get to know us and figure out what kind of house we were looking for and our needs were for location. This has been the best experience we've ever had and we are grateful to have had worked with them and alongside Ted himself

Michelle Johanson is an incredible agent! I was in California moving to the Aiken area when I contacted her for assistance.
