Regions Bank

My husband and I stopped by the Whiskey Road location in Aiken South Carolina to set up new accounts. We are moving to Huntsville Alabama at the end of this month, and decided to use Regions Bank once we get there. We were able to set everything up here so that our banking would already be ready to go when we arrive in Huntsville. All we will have to do is stop in a local branch in Huntsville when we arrive to update our address. Ashley in Aiken went above and beyond to help us get all set up and to feel comfortable that we were making good choices with our finances.

Best experience I’ve ever had opening a new checking account at any back ever! Will go to her for all of my future needs with her at regions bank!

Honestly fyck regions with the bad ass services !!! They took money from my savings so when asking they act like they didn’t know I tried to overdraft I couldn’t even do that for crying out loud I put majority of my tax money in my savings for it to end up in someone else’s account !!!!

Today I went in with some account changes I wanted to make and Ashley was the banker that help me achieve all of my requests today. Not only she helped me open a new account, but she also help me apply for some other financial needs that are beneficial to my account. Not only Ashley is smart and knows her stuff, but she is very friendly, easy to talk to and polite. Thank you Ashley again for all of your help today. Good customer service is very to hard to come by these days, and you are helping break that chain 👍

Terrible customer service from 2 women behind the counter today Jan 10th around 1pm, while requesting a correction from a bank error pertaining to my legal name on file. An attempt to assist was only made by a new male employee and a manager returning from her lunch break. The two women refused to look into my account to find the root cause. Instead, they continued to request verification even after my driver's license was provided. Thanks to the manager who happened to arrive in time and assist me with an issue that could have been resolved during the lack of effort between the other 2 women.
