I’ve been living at The Haven at Reed Creek for 5 years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Tasha, Dominique, and Taylor have truly made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond for me, set this place apart. Whether it’s handling requests efficiently or simply making the community feel welcoming, they always deliver. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Security gate doesn't work hasn't work since I've been checking out the property for the last 7 months finally moved in now 8 months later gate still not working. They said it's going to get fix I doubt it any time soon and it should be a camera facing incoming in outgoing traffic like other surrounding apartments in the area.. That security gate should be priority number one to get fixed!! I'm going to guess this property has a bug problem first week I moved in big water bug curling on the floor and outside of the apartment that's definitely a bad sign. Can't judge staffing or maintenance problems haven't had any dealings with them yet..

i absolutely cannot. i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. i’ve had issues going on here since we moved in. terrible maintenance, only one of them is genuinely nice. the older maintenance man is so snarky. front desk area always makes excuses and are always backtracking when it comes to an issue. when the hurricane happened, my room was destroyed for 2+ months. they took forever to get contractors to fix my carpet and wall. since my room was destroyed, they had some of the contractors take my bookcase out my room(which i was fine with.) what i wasn’t fine with is nobody letting me know it became wobbly, so then a shelf fell out and grazed my leg. this wasn’t a huge issue but i still informed staff up front, then the snarky maintenance man called me a fraud and said i was trying to get money out of it. another huge thing is the beeping that went off every 5 seconds for those months. they took FOREVER to get a firetech company out here and fix it. and once again, whenever i’d go to the front desk, tasha and dominique (manager and assistant manager) and taylor (who never gave us info and only works to collect rent checks) never gave us any updates, and when they’d tell us someone’s coming one day and they don’t, they’d never take fault. they’d repetitively give us false info, and it was insanely stressful living here. obviously another huge one is the gate, never repaired. they tried to change the pool hours to like 5-6 it closes and it’s closed on sundays. clearly everyone hated that so they switched, but they use it as a threat they’ll go back if people stay late.there’s no excuses for the laziness of this place. another issue is the maintenance man’s daughter! we only had a run-in with her once, but she acts as if she works here and owns the place with her attitude. from my knowledge, this place deletes reviews because i’ve been checking to see some disappear, and once someone leaves a bad review, 5+ good ones randomly pop up. this place is horrible...

The property is mediocre and it definitely does not live up to the online description of luxury as it is advertised to be. Security and safety of the residence should be a priority, the tenants pay too much monthly to get subpar service. I have witnessed on numerous occasions before Hurricane Helene that multiple people that don’t live on the property have access to the community which is unfair and a risk to everyone. The customer service in the front office needs to be improved as well, also please start enforcing certain illegal activity like tenants smoking weed and please enforce tenants to stop allowing their pets to leave their feces all over the property. The smell overwhelmed my apartment daily and once reported it was not resolved. That is just a few of the many things that disturbed our tenure on the property. I would not recommend this property to anyone especially to my fellow military personnel seeking a place for their family!

Overall still enjoying the customer service specifically from Mrs. Munir. I feel safe and appreciated as a tenant. I know after the hurricane rebuilding has been slow, but I do wish the security gate would go back up at some point. And the pool hours would be underrated for the summer.
