Pleasant experience. No wait time. The young lady that was helping me at first answered my questions. I did have to ask several of times for her to speak up she speaks very quiet and softly I don’t know if that’s due to her being shy or just learning her job, but it was a great experience and then another gentleman helped me out and got us on our way. Very clean. if you haven’t visit this location, it’s definitely worth it.

I visited to “Doughtown Throwdown” at recteq Evans HQ on May 2, from 12PM-4PM for a HOT and FAST look at the incredible recteq Pizza Oven. I saw how that pizza-oven marvel fits in each compatible grill, talked about the versatility of recipe options, and got a taste of what it can do. I am not a pizza pro but hungry for something new. I enjoyed the pizza, office area, and good people.

I wouldn’t recommend this product. I bought the patio legend. I can’t get it hotter than 105 degrees. I get multiple ER 2 error codes each time I try to use it. The pellets overflow the pot and fill the bottom of the barrel. The OS is not user friendly. To top it all off the customer support has been terrible. I get a VOICEMAIL service when I call for support. I sent an email and it took a week to get a response and the response offered no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY.

Had the chance to go visit the headquarters last Monday. I was in Clemson with my daughter, and I convinced her to take a ride with me and they did not disappoint. The facility is just top-notch. Starting with the parking lot playground, walkway into the show room And seeing the cooking deck. George, the head of sales help me find the part I was looking for to fix my bull’s-eye and then showed me the dual fire 1200 and it’s capabilities. He also brought me downstairs to where they were filming chef Greg making burgers on the deluxe Bullseye. So cool to see behind-the-scenes and Chef Gregg could not be nicer to my daughter and myself. Even gave us the burger to try, which was outstanding. George then said we are in luck that Chef John and Chef Jody were coming down to meet us. Well, I was talking to George Chef, John and Chef Jody Gregg was having a lacrosse catch with my daughter. He also gave us a tour of the whole facility And classroom. Great trip great people and an outstanding product. Someday I’ll be back to take the cooking course!

I recently purchased the Recteq Bullseye Deluxe Limited Edition model from a local Recteq Diamond Dealer. My intent was to utilize it for "grilling" rather than "smoking" meat. On a recent cook, I was smoking a pork shoulder roast on my other pellet grill when it quit feeding pellets, so I moved my cook to my Recteq Bullseye. I was really impressed with it's "smoking" capability! The Recteq Bullseye is well built with attention to detail, and the stainless steel components are a plus. Cleaning the cooking chamber and firepot area is made simple enough with their unique design. The cooking grate is somewhat flimsy, so I purchased an aftermarket cast iron cooking grate for the added strength and heat retention. For grilling steaks, I highly recommend the "Grill Grates" accessories option. Other than the flimsy cooking grate, the Bullseye Deluxe gets 5 Stars!
