BEST Tent & Event Rental Company in town. I called them 3 weeks before my wedding to get a quote for a tent and a lot of various rentals for my outdoor ceremony & reception, and they were so amazing to work with. Hands down the sweetest people and best customer service. They took my vision of my dream wedding and made it happen!!! If you need something, they have it! I will never go anywhere else. Wow! I have worked with ranco many occasions. Weddings, backyard parties, Masters rentals.. they really can do it all. Wide variety of linens and furniture pieces to rent tailored to any taste. The GM is so accommodating and hands on. Ladies up front help you make your design come to life. Highly recommend and will continue to work with them.

The first time I walked into their establishment, I was encountered with the rudest lady. She had short brown hair with glasses. They way she was speaking to my daughter and I was extremely rude. Her and another worker looked shocked that we were even there. We had spoken on the phone about questions about renting tables and chairs for an event we were planning and they looked so confused. When we asked if we could please see how the chairs looked like, she kept repeating in a rude way, “I mean it is just what you would think a black chair looks like” she looked truly bothered that she had to get up and show us the chair. I should have known that with this attitude it would translate how our experience will be from here on out. We were told that as long as someone is there, they can set up the tables. Well, we asked 3 days before the event what time they will come and set the tables up. They gave us a time range. We asked if they could call us before they leave or when they get there so we can go and direct them where to set the tables up. The lady on the phone talked to me as if I was stupid. Giving me examples about AT&T. They are not AT&T. They are a rental company. Well as I expected, they did not call at all and the tables were stored in the closet when I got there. The venue was a place of business so I could not be there waiting for 2 hrs until they come. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you do not care to deal with rude workers. I was extremely surprised that this company acting this way due to the good reviews it has. This ultimately leaves me to believe that it may because we were Hispanic. To all my Latinos..... DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE STUPID. Not worth the money. And of course I am waiting for the company to reply to me saying that there was a misunderstanding. And of course the rude staff would say such a thing. But it happened and I hope everyone can see this review and stay away.

I just adore working with RANCO events. They are always exceptionally professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Their experience putting together show-stopper events shows. I just love the inventory they are constantly sourcing. I definitely recommend visiting them in person in the showroom to see just a small glimpse of what they can do. Highly recommend using RANCO for your event needs!
