Had an awesome heated power vinyasa class with Lindsey! Great workout, but she also encourages mind-body connection and to go at your own pace. Perfect for beginners or those with more experience. I even learned some new yoga moves! Beautiful space with tall ceilings and natural light nestled right behind the New Moon cafe on broad street.

I enjoyed my first class with Lindsay today. She's a great teacher. I highly recommend taking a class from her! Thanks again!

I've been going here for months and I love it. There is a variety of amazing classes with highly knowledgeable instructors all through out the week.
