PuroClean of Augusta

A very professional group to have do my drywall repairs. Curtis did a great job informing me about the work that would be done (with a thermal imaging gun, which was cool). And Renika and Zack did an amazing and professional job of cutting out the water damage in my ceiling and setting up equipment to dry the area so that mold wouldn’t be able to grow. Once the repairs are complete I’ll update my review; but with their service thus far, I’m optimistic that the final result will be satisfying.

PuroClean has been fantastic to work with. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and have a very good working relationship with insurance. I have been so well taken care of over the last month, that it was bittersweet to see them leave. They not only take care of all the remediation and mitigation, they deal with the insurance company so that it is painless for me. I could not be more satisfied with them.

PuroClean was great for all the damage our house sustained from Hurricane Helene. We had trees, glass and debris everywhere in our house and PuroClean did a fantastic job cleaning it up, drying it and setting us at ease. Thank you PuroClean!

I had water damage in all 3 of my bedrooms from Hurricane Helene. Puro clean was able to come out and dry out my walls to prevent further damage and mold. Then they worked with me and my insurance to fix the damage. It looks like it never even happened. Very happy with my experience.

Would not recommend. They have been giving me the run around for almost 2 months. They still cannot submit the correct information to insurance despite multiple texts and phone calls to them. We have a new born child in a water damaged house. Chris and Mike will flat out ignore you. I also called my insurance company to ask what the hold up was on their end. To find out PuroClean has been lying to me the whole time. Save your family the stress and heartache and reach out to one of the other CSRA remediation companies.
