Publix Super Market at Riverwood Town Center

Excellent service. Clean and pristine atmosphere. There have been some rude employees, but on the whole they are professional and effective in their work. Prices are slightly higher than other grocery stores. However, its location is extremely convenient, so it makes an ideal quick stop for a couple groceries. The pub subs are also excellent.

Nice Publix! Employees wasn’t nice like the one on Washington Road Evans. I asked a question to help find something not a sound was made walked off and I followed he took me where the item was and pointed. I was like wow let me get back to my Publix who have voices lol.

asked Heather to make me her favorite sub, and wow—what an experience! She was an absolute love dove—charming, kind, and full of good vibes. We had a great conversation while she crafted what turned out to be an awesome sandwich. Heather, you made my day—thank you!

I don’t know what has changed in the last few months - but the point of an online deli order is to pick it up and go. The last 4 orders nothing was ready - which is no big deal. But no one is even starting these orders till I finally ask about it?! Online ordering is so we can grab our delicious food and go because there is probably a short period of time. Not to mention one time they tried to tell me I wasn’t at the Riverwood Publix … 👀

Cake from bakery was BY FAR THE BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER SEEN OR EATEN!! It was for sure the highlight of the birthday party!! Can’t speak highly enough of their skill, their bubbly personalities, their warm greeting, and their genuine care! Thank you ladies so so much!
