PruittHealth - North Augusta

I cannot say enough positive things about PruittHealth North Augusta. The care and compassion that was shown to my mother and our family while she was there was wonderful. A special thank you to Dee Dee and Tracey, two of the amazing CNAs that work at this facility!

Facility is immaculate and doesn’t smell like the typical nursing home. The staff is helpful and courteous. The director of nursing is extremely helpful and kind. James, who is an administrator, is kind and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a long-term care facility or a rehabilitation center for a loved one!

I got really upset when no one called me to let me know that they had to send my papa to the ICU in the hospital. Who was in charge of my grandfather? Wouldn't it be appropriate to let patients family members know about something as serious as what happened to my papa!! I'm looking into a better place for him. There's absolutely no communication and they all seem to have nasty attitudes

The staff at PruittHealth-North Augusta are amazing and really take the time to speak with you in order to get to know you and your family. The administrator was kind and attentive enough to speak with me about a the recent loss of my wonderful cat, Major Tom, which truly helped me during this difficult process.

I would give this place a minus 0 if I could. We were actually bullied to come here and was told that if we didn't come here we would go home. My husband needed are the care he could get. We finally get there. Air conditioning wasn't working. We were told someone stole the TV changer out of the room so he had no TV to watch. This place was unbelievable nasty. Physics all over the walls in the bathroom. Omg I can't explain. So very disappointed.
