Words cannot describe how much I love this facility!!!! Unfortunately had to put my dad and step mom in several weeks ago as they could no longer be home alone. This staff has made this very hard decision so much easier for me!! From the initial call with their amazing community liaison, then working with the SWEETEST and MOST PATIENT EVER ladies in the finance department, the nursing staff, CNAs, Social worker and even front desk CAN NOT BE ANY KINDER!!! They have taken great care of my dad and step mom!! Even therapy where my dad started was top notch!!!!! I literally could go on and on. I so enjoy coming to visit and seeing all these amazing staff!! They make it feel like a family!! Always doing things with the residents!! Again can’t say enough nice things! I am so happy God pointed us in the direction of this place! GREAT JOB PRUITT!! Please recognize all of your AMAZING stafff!!

I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt journey during a profoundly challenging time for my Sister. During a time of deeply felt of despair, my sister faced immense struggles in both her mental and physical well-being from significant issues stemming from neglect and abuse other locations. It has been a painful experience, often leaving me feeling isolated in this fight for her well-being. My sister endured several serious physical issues that shows negligence and misuse abuse. Despite feeling alone in this battle, and seeing her not the same as even last year when she was with me is devastating, I yet kept the faith and Trusted in GOD Almighty as our other sister would tell me when I call her. Her resident is in Memphis area. (our other siblings resigns in Chicago, and Flordia. However, I am truly relieved to say that PruittHealth Creekside has been a beacon of hope and has provided her with a safe haven. Because, our sister care consists of now total care when she was walking. In this nurturing environment, now our she is free from the verbal and physical mistreatment that once overshadowed her life, that she continues to voice as if she now has PTSD and scared to now even get out of her bed or walk. Because of Creekside, Our sister is now able to rest, feel safe and embrace Creekside as her home. I am, and our families from afar is deeply grateful to Creekside compassionate team at PruittHealth for their unwavering dedication, care and support during this difficult period. My family and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care from her care team, Mrs Net, The two exceptional caring ladies that assist Ms Net, they know who they are, one took me to Ms Net the first day of my sister rehabilitation and the other was in Mrs Net Office (For give me for not knowing you two name), Mrs Joanie and Mrs Wanda (incredible inspiring Nurse) the other Nurse that provides for my sister, her Dr Mr Thompson at creekside? Staff are very informative and helpful with my brother. Really hope to level of care remains good. They deal with a lot so there is a great deal of respect. Clean facility!!!!!

I can say that from experience, PH-Creekside is one of the best facilities that I have ever come across. I know this to be true because of how they took excellent care of my mother, the short time she was there. I couldn’t have picked a BETTER place. The partners there at PH-Creekside works effortlessly to make sure the residents are well taken care of, they go above and beyond to in making sure they cater to their every need. And just seeing how they get along so well with one another. Showing and giving their due diligence is an understatement. They deserve an Oscar!!! There is NO DOUBT about placing a love one at PH-Creekside, it’s the Honor, pride, dignity and respect for me… PH-Creekside is the best side

Not good so far, My mom has been here for about two months and has fallen twice & now in the hospital (ICU) for an infection ECOLI… I’m currently waiting on God’s timing as to me taking care of her myself!
