Accepted my dropoff appointment for 2:30pm on a Saturday. Followed up via email and said I was booked. Then, they closed at noon and couldn't accept my cats. Nearly ruined my vacation!!! Only called 30 minutes before closing! The least you can do is not accept my reservation if you're not gonna be open. Never responded back to my voicemails

The experience was really good here. They may not answer the phone however if you leave a message or contact via email you will get a response shortly. Seems like everyone pitches in. My dog was not overly dirty seeing that he stayed for a week without a grooming appointment. He also didn’t smell. Received a picture of his play and report card of his stay. He was also administered a kennel cough vaccine for boarding(needs to have been done within 6mths). Competitive pricing and very nice people. There are a lot of stay options and extras for your pets.

They took great care of our dog while we were away. She had an upset belly and they even fed her rice to help her feel better. They also gave me updates on her health status via phone calls and text. I felt like she was in good hands at their boarding facility.

This place is set up like a Chucky Cheese for pets. The dogs run to the door to get in. Never seen anything like it. Very kind and dedicated staff.

We were pcsing and I needed to get my dog n fast prior to Arrival on the island and this place took care of us! Ammo looks fresh and everything they did (full service) was very reasonable. All staff was friendly and professional as well! Thank you powder house 🌺🏝
