Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It's a good Popeyes location and they're reasonably quick and are friendly. I'm leaving this review hoping the feedback gets to whoever loads the options into door dash. There is SO MUCH missing from door dash. My 5 year old son wanted chicken tenders. They have removed the normal chicken tenders from door dash, and your only options are blackened or spicy. I know there's a third option! Also it's missing some of the sides and any ability to request certain parts of the chicken, all of which are possible in person. It's not hard to just add your whole menu. EDIT: changing to one star because several months later, normal tenders are still not on door dash. Like are you stupid? It would take 2 minutes to update it.

Ordered a Chicken sandwich and Popcorn shrimp. I asked for fresh food and I got the total opposite. Old stale fries, old dry chicken sandwich, and the biscuit was dryer than the Sahara desert. Now I asked the shift manager was the food fresh and she looked me dead in the eye and lied and said yes. Popeyes has always been a favorite and being from Louisiana one would think the quality of the food from state to state wouldn't drop off this far. This is by far the worst Popeyes I've been too.

today, august 11, 2024, i ordered 24pcs wings and 3 pc dark meat at 12:45 p.m., 20 minutes later I asked one of the shift supervisor about my order and she told me they are waiting for wings, and 10 minutes later I asked cashier about my order then cashier asked the shift supervisor, shift supervisor told cashier she's working on it now, and I saw shift supervisor putting whole bunch wings on a tray so I figured she's going to start working on my order, nope, 5 minutes pass by and she still not preparing my order, i said out loud to my that i'm going to get refund, supervisor must heard me, she finally started to work on my order, finally got my order at 1:20 p.m, it took 35 minutes to get my order, I believe the supervisor is being ignorant and did that on purpose. never going to this place again.

They have messed up almost every order I make. Today I ordered a 3 piece classic combo and 5 blackened tenders. They gave me 3 wings meant for the wing boxes and classic tenders. Thanks for charging me 20$ for less food than a 10$ combo. Absolutely appalling.
