Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I eat here pretty regularly. Food is always hot but the portion cups are never full anymore and this is comparing it to portions I received only a few months ago. Staff is always friendly but my order is always missing something so definitely check it. And it may be my ordering method but I am always having to have to wait for long periods now compared to a few months ago.

Ordered online, came when it said it’d be ready by which was 20 minutes after I placed the order. The order wasn’t ready and took another 10 minutes give me my bag with a missing sandwich and drink. Took another 5 minutes of standing at the counter till someone gave me their attention. Told them I was missing and sandwich and they said it’s a 15 minute wait for the sandwich. Waited 20 minutes and still nothing. Absolutely horrible service and most staff didn’t care at all.

I stopped here on my way to Atlanta. There were only a couple of people in the store. We walked straight up to the counter and ordered. The cashier was pleasant enough. We requested extra sauce on the ghost pepper wings, and she definitely gave us what we asked for and then some. We sat down and ate in the restaurant. The tables were clean. Nothing on the floor. My only critique is the chicken itself. It was kind of dark brown, and it tasted as I suspected. It tasted like the grease was old. I didn't pay attention much because I really was eating the sides first. By the time I realized it, we were back in the car and not going to turn around and go back. Please change your grease in a timely rotation.

Nicole is one of the mangers I've encountered multiple times. Every time she is efficient, polite and upbeat. I love seeing someone that enjoys her job. She is helpful with her staff and customers. I will continue to visit this location because of her.

This is the second time I ordered online and was told someone else picked my order up. Apparently they just giving out orders without checking the receipt. Tried calling to speak with a manager no one answered the phone.
