Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The employees greeted us time we came through the door. The restaurant was very nice & clean. We ordered, the cashier took her time, listened and got the food back with an appropriate timely manner. We can’t forget about the quality of the food; very fresh!!!!! I must say we enjoy our visit here & we will be back!

Food is good once you finally get it...and if it's the right thing. This location was rough and has been the last 3 times. I held out on reviewing thinking it was just not their day, but they had 4 tries. Each time there was something... They were closed at 1pm on a Friday, their credit card machine didn't work, and they couldn't accept cash, only allowed mobile orders and their drive through menu has not worked the last 2 times. Today we sat in the drive thru line for almost 15 minutes and no one said anything over the speaker. Went inside and they made sure they got everyone's mobile order, door dash out before taking anyone's order who was waiting in line. The lady who seemed to be in charge did apologize for the wait like 15-20 times the entire time I was there. She was nice. The others just kinda wandered around looking at screens and just guessing on what order came next. You would think a place as popular as this would be managed a little better. Overall the food was good, but the wait and atmosphere just was not it today.

Placed an online order. Got there and was told at the window to pull up and my order would be brought out to me. Sure no problem! 15 minutes went by still no food. I went inside and was told it' was not ready yet. Went back to my car and waited another 15 minutes. I again went back inside but still no food. After waiting 45 minutes I finally left. No, I never got my food. Also, staff was very rude. I normally like Popeyes but this location was by far the worst.

Very good food unless they mess up your order or take an hour each time you go to prepare $20 worth of food, wouldn’t recommend unless you have an hour of your life to waste. They make everybody pull over so their drive times don’t get messed up while they take their sweet time to make your order 5 people in one kitchen and they still struggle

What can I say... the chicken sandwich was not really hot, but it was good to taste. Nice price, and wonderful service.
