I’m very happy with Brandon and Devin who came out to help me with my pool. My problem is that after 4 visits it is still green and on the 4th visit they scooped up remaining algae and pine needles. I know that the filter needs to be replaced but I was told to wait until all the algae is gone. I understand that, but I feel the operating system is clogged up causing problems. Feeling disappointed. Today Neil came to my house and answered a lot of questions and concerns. It was very important to him to help me and he worked on my pool and added chemicals. He did not charge me for this service. I find this to be superior customer service and Neil surly delivered. I wish this company much continued success for they deserve it by observing all the care I received from poolwerx today. Thank you so much!

Always thrilled with the system Neil set up for PoolWerx. We have several design clients we recommend them too and they always take spectacular care of each of our families. Even to get pictures and a follow up email of what was accomplished that day! Very impressive!

Excellent service! Contracted Neil and they emptied and cleaned my pool just a couple of days later. It was totally green due to being unable to run the pump for 3 months after the hurricane. They added all the salt and chemicals and had everything up and running in 3 days. Great service and wonderful people to work with!

Brandon came out to install my new Intelliflo3 and Core SWG. Very accommodating and polite to us, and listened to my input on what I wanted. He did a really good job. Will use this business again for my equipment needs.

Don’t let them tell you a date for a new liner install. They told us 4-6 weeks tops. We are month 3 and was just told it will be another 4 weeks. Good luck getting them on the phone as well, communication is horrible. Spend your money else where unless you like headaches.
