Poblanos Mexican Bar & Grill

Went for Cinco de Mayo with a whole bunch of my girls. It was really good. They had music and everything.

2 Stars I really wanted to like this place, but it missed the mark. The food was just okay—my burrito was lukewarm and swimming in watery tomato juice. Service was pretty slow even though it wasn’t very busy, and the staff didn’t seem particularly interested. For the price, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Not the worst experience, but definitely not one I’ll be rushing to repeat. The place had potential, but overall it was a letdown. The service was slow and a bit disorganized—our server forgot parts of our order and didn’t check in much. The food looked good but didn’t taste like much, and everything was either too salty or just bland. Prices were higher than expected for what we got. Not the worst meal I’ve ever had, but I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

We had an outstanding experience at this local restaurant! Karina provided outstanding service, making our dining experience memorable. The carnitas street tacos with green sauce were incredibly delicious, and the combination plate with a tostada and tamal was sooo good. My husband enjoyed the enchilada and burrito, and said the flavor of the chicken inside the burrito was amazing. The dishes were not only flavorful but also huge and very fresh. We're definitely looking forward to returning!

It’s our second time here and each time we eat we have a very pleasant experience! Service and food are both great!

If you're looking for authentic Hispanic food, this is definitely one of the best places in the CSRA! Karina was wonderful and really friendly! Everything was delicious and authentic. I had the carnitas street tacos and a burrito. The tacos are double wrapped so they don't fall apart. They fill them up! I'll be making this a new weekly visit!
