Pizza Hut

Was craving boneless wings for dinner. Had some options nearby like Zaxbys and Wingstop, but saw that Pizza Hut had a promo for BOGO wings (buy any amount, receive equal or lesser amount free), so decided to give them a shot. Overall am pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy online, and pickup was quick in person. The wings were crispy and tender inside, and the sauces they were tossed in had very good flavor. Definitely on par with its competitors, which is impressive considering it’s a pizza shop. Also worth nothing that the Wednesday BOGO deal makes this far more affordable than similar options. Definitely would come back for the chicken alone.

So grateful for the nice young lady working the counter. She showed me my pizza before I left and realized there was an error with the online order. They fixed it quickly and were really nice about it.

Cristina just made everything so easy for me tonight! The other store messed up my order and was giving me the run around just trying to replace it. Christina took control, showed empathy and quickly got me another one sent out with no issues! I appreciate her and will just use this store going forward

In town, ordered a large pizza and some bread sticks, instead of the manager telling me from the get that she was short staffed with drivers, I waited 2 hours to get my pizza and it was cold and soggy. Next time just tell ur customers this stuff so they are not wasting their money. There are plenty of pizza places in the area.

This location stole money from me by refusing to issue my refund for food that I did not end up leaving with. I asked for a refund instead of taking the food because the staff were rude and incompetent. They didn't know how to do the refund and instructed me to come back the next morning so the manager could "figure it out." We attempted to contact corporate to get our money back but it's impossible to reach anyone in customer service. I will never return to this location again and I'm done with pizza hut for good.
