Pizza Hut Express

Avoid this store if you’re ordering online. I ordered online redeeming some of my reward points, they were unclear of the order because they’re register kicked out the way I ordered it and they re-entered it. Noticing the change in price 0f $22 they charged my card and took cash from my son to complete the order, however, never giving me a call to report the change in price or confirm the change. Sadly, although the manager Leon called to confirm the points were taken from my account, he was unsympathetic to any of it, didn’t apologize or acknowledge their employees mistake. I will drive the extra miles for proper customer service.

Surprisingly some of the best pizza I’ve had in years (on both 12/22/23 & 12/27/23). You can sit and eat in Target’s Starbucks.

The only place in Augusta that has ostrich meat on their pizzas. Very impressed.

They use door dash to deliver which took 2 hours and pizza was cold
