Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is by my house. I could walk to it. Haven't been in years because the pizza is nasty. Thought I would give them another try. I ordered a super supreme, they didn't put bell peppers on it. I wouldn't be upset if they had given me extra cheese or something but this pizza is absolutely FLAVORLESS! I don't even wanna go back for a replacement because they might do some dumb mess to my pizza because I complained. NEVER AGAIN! I don't know how they are still in business.

They close at 11 not 12:15am!!! They told my dasher that after he sat for 20 minutes and when I called to confirm, they said it too. Doordash had to step in! Placed my order at 10:55 and it was cancelled at 11:45 on their end, didnt even inform the dasher til he finally checked to see what the hold up was. Even after calling and saying i could pick it up, they “ couldnt take any more orders”. So wth was yall doing for 50 minutes while we waited. Doordash thankfully refunded me and I will not be taking my business to this location again.

I ordered through the Pizza Hut website on [05/09/25], and my food was delivered to the wrong person. I contacted customer service right away, and over an hour later, I’m still waiting with no clear update or solution. This level of service is unacceptable—mistakes happen, but the lack of urgency and support to fix it is frustrating. I paid for a meal I never received, and Pizza Hut has done nothing to make it right so far. Extremely disappointing experience.

We got a large pizza wings for almost $50 and couldn’t even be given sauce to dip the wings in or packets of red pepper flakes/parmesan cheese. Pizza Hut has gone down hill big time! We just moved here and won’t be back

Whoever Cassandra is was VERY rude to me. i called multiple times she cut me off and put me on hold and it was another lady she had a oh so nasty attitude when i asked about my order. very horrible costumer service i recommend yall find new workers !
