Pizza Hut

In the past, service was quick and the employees were really friendly. Recently everything has taken a turn for the worst. The food quality has significantly declined and the interactions are minimal to none. There is no need to try to report it. Pizza hut customer service advises you to call the store that just ruined your dinner. No plans of returning.

The last two times we ordered the pizza was ready 30 - 45 minutes late. In the past we had quit using them because orders were consistently either wrong or late. Tried again. Somehow service here has gotten even worse. Our order was so late the last time that Pizza Hut on Twitter gave us a free code. We used the free code…and the apology pizza was 32 minutes late.

No one greeted me for 40 minutes, when I said what my order was for they didn't even start it yet and said they didn't know when it would be done. It took over 2 hours from when I placed my order to get it and the best part? My order was done the whole time, it was sitting in their heater and the food tasted stale. They refused to refund me

Floor was sticky, dead roaches laying around, I had to wait forever past when it said my pizza would be done, stood in the lobby forever before anyone even said anything to me. 0/10 experience.

Had to drive over the bell 3 times to get service. Order was handed to me cold and looked old. Horrible service and food wasn’t kept in warmer. Pizza was even hard but I had only ordered 15 minutes before pick up.
