Not a dinner experience I'd want to have again. The pizza I got was a bit under cooked with the dough on bottom where it's thicker. But was still edible. I ordered hot wings with extra sauce, but for some reason, they gave me plain wings with no sauce on them and two cups of ranch and I never even asked for ranch.... Also the ranch cup wasn't closed as you can see it was spilled all over the wings in the back. In general I can't say I'd recommend this place to anyone and can't say I'd ever try this place again.

Despite recent poor reviews this restaurant has a rating of 4.4 so maybe they had a one off or something, our family decided to give them a chance. We arrived, seemed like a cool vibe. They had a bar and TVs and who could mess up pizza. We sat and I asked if they could put the NBA playoff game on. If they didn’t have the channel or something that would be one thing but I watched the waitress walk over to the computer where they input your order, went to take another tables order and input it and then when she returned to our table just lied and said that the channel wasn’t available... an NBA playoff game. NBD I guess, I’m there to enjoy family and the game would have just been nice. So we settle in and order pizza, a white pizza( one of their specialties) and a gluten free meat pizza, large and 10’ respectively. Both pizzas were well underdone and rather bland. All the recent reviews were right, this place is mid at best. I’m not sure how this place has 4.4 stars.

Came here as my wife was craving pizza and our normal pizza place was absolutely packed and we did not feel like waiting 45 minutes to eat. I had been here years ago and enjoyed it, so decided we would come here. Upon entering, I was surprised that the restaurant was almost empty. Not what you want to see on a Saturday night, but I figured maybe we just got lucky. We were immediately seated and our drink orders were taken. After a little while, we place our meal orders, which consisted of 1 large pizza, 2 children's pizzas and a Philly sub. I believe that we all were fairly disappointed once we took our first bites. My Philly sub had some very dry meat, and very little meat at that. The large pizza looked good, but tasted bland and had almost no flavor. The children's pizzas looked good, but just like my Philly, had dry meats with almost no flavor. It definitely was not terrible, but it wasn't good either. I think this was our last time at this establishment. All staff appeared to very young. As in probably still in high school young. Our waitress was nice, but lacked in all other area's. Had to wave her down if we needed something. Staff seemed to be more interested in cleaning for closing than anything else, which was strange because they did not close for another 2.5 hours from the time we left, but I am assuming that they were not expe5many more people to come. To top the night off, when we received our bill, I noticed that we were charged more than the menu price for 2 different item's. I did not feel like going thru the trouble of trying to get it fixed, so we just paid, left a healthy tip, despite the lack of service and left. It's a shame, because this place used to be very good.

When people say locally owned just tastes better, they're thinking of places like this. Pizza Central serves up delicious pizza, salad, and bread sticks sure to kick your habit of settling for a chain restaurant. Of course, costs can be a little higher when the owner lives in your community, but the saying is true, you pay for what you get. Stop settling; choose Pizza Central.

Picked up a 12” steak and jalapeno pizza along with mozzarella sticks and breadsticks, and I’ve got to say, this place seriously impressed me. I ordered by phone, and the staff was super friendly throughout. Both during the call and when I arrived for pickup. From the outside, Pizza Central might not scream “gourmet,” but the inside is a whole different story, with a surprisingly nice setup and full bar. And the pizza? Easily some of the best I’ve had in a long time, and that’s saying something after over a year of traveling the country. The steak on the pizza was unexpectedly high quality: tender, flavorful, and not what you'd expect from a typical pizza joint. I usually only trust a butcher for steak, and this came close. The crust had a tall, thin, crispy edge that made it stand out. It wasn’t the kind you leave behind. Breadsticks were solid. Mozzarella sticks were average, but honestly, the pizza alone carried the meal and then some. Absolutely recommend this place if you’re anywhere near Evans. I’ll definitely be back if I pass through again.
