A Must-Visit Gem in Augusta! From the moment we walked into Pineapple Ink Tavern, the experience was top-notch. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and stylish—just the right mix of laid-back and upscale. Service: Stella was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we felt taken care of without ever hovering. It’s rare to find that perfect balance, and she nailed it! Food: Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. You can really tell the kitchen puts passion into every plate. The flavors were unique yet comforting—definitely not your average tavern! What truly stood out was the personal touch from Jillian, the manager. She stopped by our table to check in, asked how everything was, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. That kind of leadership really shines through in the atmosphere and service here. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing food, exceptional service, and a team that clearly loves what they do—Pineapple Ink Tavern is it. Can’t wait to come back!

A vibrant tropical flavorful restaurant. We arrived around 5, and I was delightfully surprised. The skirt steak and was rich, smoky, and savory. The beans and rice were well seasoned. The Duck fat fries were crispy. Don't let me forget the creamy plantains. We will definitely return next time I return to downtown Augusta.

What a GREAT spot if you’re craving some delicious food! I had the Cuban sandwich; so delicious! I love that the manager, Jillian, came by to introduce herself and see how everything was going. The service was just as great as the food! It’s a well oiled machine there and the overall vibe is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends!

Decided to give this place another try after hearing it was under new management, and the difference is night and day. I got the smash burger and was AMAZING. Andrea, our waitress gave excellent service as well. She found the perfect balance of checking on us without stopping by too often, and she made sure we didn’t have to wait very long for anything. Jillian, the general manager also made a point to stop by and check on us as well. It’s not often you find a restaurant at this price point with staff that feels like they genuinely care about your dining experience but Jillian and Andrea both did just that. 10/10 will recommend.

I came here on a Saturday morning for brunch with my friend. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted and waited on by the bartender. He made lots of suggestions for drinks and made the best mojitos we have ever had! I ordered the pancakes with a side of bacon. Pancakes were HUGE. I was very full. I would love to try the breakfast steak next time. Aesthetic is really cute, nice drink selection and great service. I would return!
