PetSmart Grooming

The groomers and the assistant store manger are scammers! I book a simple $38 wash and bath and my elderly mother dropped my dog off for me because I wasn’t able due to me having surgery and they scammed her into paying $80. The decided to change what I booked without MY permission, the person who owned the dog, who booked the appointment, who’s name is on the account. So because she’s never had to take my dog to the groomer the made her sign something saying yes she’s good on all her shot and medication plus let me slide in that we upgrade the package without her knowing till she get to the register and my mom called me after not know she got token advantage of.

The groomers were very sweet. My Universe has to get used to being groomed so we will be back. Overall they were really kind and patient with her even though she had a little attitude. Highly recommend.
