They value profits over patients. They stated that they are aware that doctor's offices are not informing patients that the devices are rentals that come with fees. They claim to have sent a letter and made phone call (that registers as spam) to notify of a balance. My suggestion to your company, which was voiced to your staff, was to consider sending a letterhead letter (mail or email) within 90 days to the patient (whenever insurance processes). So then we are not receiving a surprise notice almost 6 months later (when insurance processes by 3 months). This is unprofessional and unacceptable. You shouldn't blame to doctor's office because you are the ones submitting the claims and receiving the payout. Sure the longer you wait to tell the patient, the more you receive on a rental. -Signed the mother of your 6 yr old patient

Took a quick lunch break to go get a piece of equipment. Got there to only be greeted by a sign that the office was closed for lunch from 12-12:30 that I could happily wait in their lobby. I’m on a lunch break… but now I’m going to be late because they can’t stagger their lunches like other offices? Need to have online notifications about this so ppl don’t waste their time like I am. I called the phone number and yes was also just I just have to wait. This is a bad way to run an office.

Terrible customer service. They called me from an unknown # which I never answer, left a message on voicemail. They did not identify their company on voicemail either. I called and asked for “Anna” who had left me a message. She wasn’t available. Again, call from unknown #, message from unknown company. Unacceptable. The class to learn about the CPAP machine was a joke. Instructor was so loud I asked her to speak more quietly. She refused and said that volume was her normal voice. Very unprofessional, any questions asked were not answered. I asked what the cost was going to be, she told me she had no idea, to ask my insurance company. My doctor also ordered oxygen for me. Because Petsch didn’t follow through on the order it expired and I need to see my doctor to renew the prescription. Must be a monopoly.

I have been waiting for petsch to fill my order for a new cpap with supplies since February 17th. I have a worn-out unit that half way works. So I have not slept a full night in almost a month. They keep telling me they are waiting on the doctor for paperwork and the doctor says it has been sent. All I know is I'm suffering because no one at either place gives a crap truly sad. If I could find a different place to go for my supplies I would. Very unhappy with Petsch.

Staff absolutely professional caring and timely rented a hospital bed quality was excellent special mention Barbara was able to coordinate the logistics of everything to make the delivery and pickup of bed timely all staff that answered phone courteous and knowledgeable I can say I was truly satisfied with everything PETSCH staff did the drivers delivery and pickup very kind and pleasant thank you all will certainly recommend to all my neighbors and family
