Petco Grooming

First time walk in grooming appointment for my girls toenails. The experience was great. She doesn’t like her nails trimmed (of course) and I can’t get her to cooperate at home. Kayla was very helpful and took good care of my Dixie, as she is very nervous in new surroundings. Will definitely be back.

I can tell from Beau’s response when we arrive that he likes McKenzie. I really appreciate that McKenzie brings things to my attention that I may not have noticed so that I can address with the vet. I believe Beau is getting excellent care.

I’m using my son google account to write my review so please bear with me. But I had an Awful.TERRIBLE Experience yesterday with PETCO AIKEN SC on the 4th of JULY first I was overcharged $40 bucks! I just wanted a bath and my dog to be trimmed around neck, butt, paws and clip her nails. I definitely know her butt wasn’t touched cause the hair Is still there and her toenails are still clacking on my hardwoods floors and so this was the first time I ever went there and I thought they took the dogs on potty breaks but they don’t people so be careful!! As I have about a $200 detail job oncoming on my car because my dog as soon as the associate SAM put her in my car she crapped everywhere and they refused to take her in and clean the dog back up even if I paid again they refused to help me in anyway so later when I got home and got some people to help me with the dog cleanup and car as much as we could until a Mobil detailer can be arranged so I stopped and just called back up to PETCO and tried to speak to a manager about the over charge and the issue with the refusal to help me in a crisis which her staff literally caused by not letting her relieve herself any way she stated it’s not our problem once it leaves our front door she offered no reimbursement was just as rude as SAM and HUNG up on me! People don’t do business with people who do disabled people like this they were mean rude and just generally awful human beings.

The job was well done and I think Ginger Snap is very happy as she is not panting anymore. We will definitely recommend Aiken Petco Grooming to anyone needing their pet's fur trimmed down!

Kayla at PETCO is a wonderful groomer. Yesterday she groomed all three of my Australian shepherds and they came out beautiful. Thank you, PETCO for such a great job and for having such wonderful staff.
