I picked up a nail in my tire late Saturday and didn’t have many options for tire repair. I was able to make a next day appointment on Mother’s Day to have a new set installed. The service was quick and the customer service was stellar. All of my questions were answered and it was a great experience overall. I intend to go back for the alignment and for future service to my vehicle. I tried them in a bind and was impressed. Highly recommend!!

I will never use this company again. I booked an appointment from a special I received from pep boys . $9.99 for AC evaluation. My appointment was at 11:30am I did not get my keys back until 4:55pm on top of that I was charged 124.99 the charge showed AC evaluation even tho I had booked online and showed him the offer he said I still needed to be charged because its not the same charge. Which he couldn't explain what was different from the coupon I had. As the coupon and bill was labeled exactly the same.. this is basically theft by deception and i could not ge it my keys back until I paid that fee. I took my car in explaining I had a small leak as my freon only last about 4 days once the system is charged.. my bill showed the evaluation included 5 cans of freon. When I get my car back the AC is not working and blowing hot air. Mind you when freon is placed in my car it stays cold for a few days off 1 small can. It's no way any freon was even placed in my car. The service is poor I wouldn't recommend using them as you will wait forever and then be fasley billed.

Definitely will not be coming back here I only came here to get my free tire rotation because this is where my tires were shipped to they are definitely not about speed getting you out quick very just like they don't like or care about their job car sat in bay after 15 minutes of being done My wife met me here I drove my work van and I had to go back there and ask him to pull it out so they could leave and then waiting another 15 minutes to get a quote on what needs to be done to my van and ended up leaving without it ridiculous customer service unprofessional and definitely will not be back

It never fails. Everytime I have a Pep Boys experience it always excellent. Mr. Charles and the team at the shop in Augusta Ga on Washington Rd are outstanding. Great group of mechanics and people.

Service was fine seemed overprice but I needed the work done. It was when it was time and I had to wait an extra 1/2 because only one person could take payment and he was at lunch.
