Pelican's SnoBalls

Just left about 20 mins ago. Cashier was rude and overcharged me. I ordered the large with no ball, which means I'm supposed to get the avalanche size cup with no ball, which is clearly stated on the sign at the drive-thru window. However, she declared that's not how it works, and if I wanted the avalanche cup with no ball, I had to pay for the avalanche price. Sno cone was also lacking in syrup, and the top 25% was just ice. Last year before they closed for the season, this was a great location. However, I'm not optimistic about them now, considering their service and quality today.

I ordered the cotton candy snoball. It wasn't that distinct cotton candy flavor im used to and enjoy, but it was still a pleasant cool treat.

i am legitimately obsessed with these snoballs! it’s rare that you find a place that is selling snoballs/shave ice, and even rarer to find a good one. there are so many flavors and you really can’t go wrong with any of them. there are even a few different options for dogs! very affordable and yummy :)

It took 20 minutes for 2 snowballs. It wasn't even busy. No explanation on why was it taken forever. Horrible customer service. Never again.
