Paul Davis Restoration of Augusta/Aiken

I can’t do justice to the service and treatment we received from Matt and Paul Davis Augusta with words alone. They responded to our kitchen and bathroom issues almost immediately. Our family had a nightmare experience with another restoration company in Evans that dragged on and on. After speaking with Matt in our home during our initial assessment he put us at ease with his explanations of how his team would address our problems. He has vast experience with the adjusters from Travelers insurance so his handling of them was without any hiccups. We were given a contract estimate as well as a tentative finish date which was thankfully met without any problems. Matt and I were in communication multiple times per week about what was going on with the projects and their status/timeline. He is honest, thorough, experienced, knowledgeable, and just a great guy. I can’t say enough that Matt and Paul Davis is where you must go for any home issues you might be facing. I’m active duty military - military personnel do yourselves a favor and get your home restoration projects completed by Matt and his team. Thank you Matt. Thank you Paul Davis. Severe water damage from busted upstairs water line. Called Mark at Paul Davis Restoration. Had his people in within an hour to make sure that house was safe for family. Worked with Insurance company to make sure I was fully informed and answered my questions. What sold me on this Company was the honesty and the promises that were made they lived up to. This took place one month before Thanksgiving. Had Family flying in and Mark promised to get my house where we could enjoy and not move. He came in himself to help. The Damage was massive. Floors, ceiling, painting wiring, packing up our belongings. I also left my house opened some day's to travel for work and fully trusted his crews, always had a manager on site. This was the second time I had Damage, wish I had called Paul Davis on the first incident. His crew would have probably to, sense they had to fixed the first well known company's repairs at no extra charge. Two words Honesty, Reliability. Sincerely Gary Widener

Unfortunately these reviews only go up to five stars. I would hands down give a solid 10. Of our house was obliterated by an enormous oak tree a week ago. Took two days to remove the tree and initial restoration. Roofers unsure how to tarp it. Their intentions were to leave it open for a week or two until the inspection cleared, the structure sound to start putting limited bracing in. I reached out to many companies late on a Saturday afternoon Paul Davis responded within 30 minutes and was able to preposition a boom that evening and start working immediately the next day - literally saving thousands in water damages. They came with a full crew. They came with the boom they had generators accessible and not dependent on our electricity. The team discussed how to tackle the project and the safest manner and executed. It took him the entire day to tarp but at the end of the day I wouldn't have hired anybody else! We experienced substantial water damage that affected multiple rooms on multiple levels a few days before Christmas, Pau Davis responded very fast and worked through holidays to help us mitigate the damage. We were explained the process in detail and they responded to our questions right away. We loved their professionalism and dedication, they earned our trust so we decided to use their restoration service as well. The restoration service started after the estimate was approved by insurance. We had some upgrades, Mark, the GM, was really easy to talk to and work with. We stayed close contact with Mark. He responded to our questions and concerns mostly within the same day. A couple times We sent him the questions on weekends, we were very pleased that he responded right away. We are happy with his various crews’ workmanship and attention to details. Although there were a couple very minor imperfections identified a week after we moved back to the house, once I brought them up to Mark, they were addressed one by one right away. The job is now considered by us perfectly done, we absolutely love it and thanks to Mark & Pau Davis team. We were also able to move back to our house in record time, 2 months from when the water damage was first identified, compared with other people’s experience , it seemed fast and we appreciated Pau Davis’ effectiveness to pull it off within the estimated time to complete.
