Patrick's Barber Shop

Great place. Took my 75 year old dad for the first time and he felt comfortable and Patrick made sure he was in and out. Dad has dementia and can't sit in places to long with out becoming paranoid. He now has a new customer with us. Glad I went to his shop.

I have mixed feelings about this place. 🤔 First, the building could use a serious remodel; the floor was seriously uneven and had a noticeable tilt beneath the barber chair in which I was ensconced. This caused a couple of moments of vertigo and disorientation. That being said, the place had a true classic barber shop feel to it and everyone was welcoming even though I was the only white guy there. I did get the side-eye from a couple of patrons, but nothing offensive. I got a haircut, hardly the one I had requested, but I was generally happy. Or maybe I was just a little manic that morning. 😉 The only reason I didn't completely trash this place here was my barber's personality and friendliness. His patter during my haircut was interesting and engaging, almost enough to make up for the haircut. I asked for a sort of flattop, sides clipped with a #2 guard, a #3 or#4 on top, no need for perfect blending, and squared off in the back. What I got was an allover shearing to a 1/4 inch, sideburns clipped and evened out, back almost squared off. I should have been upset, but think I was so glad to be rid of the overgrown, raggedy mess I had been walking around under that I was fine with it.

Professional, get cut perfect the first time. Appointments are honored, friendly staff, clean restrooms and establishment. Check them out, one stop shop for the whole family. One side barbershop, other side hair salon. Prices reasonable, no robbery without guns.

Marcus was awesome. Not only did he give an amazing cut for my son, he is very personable. He volunteered to cut us on a Sunday when no one else does. Outstanding dude.

Patrick is a great barber. Great customer service. Also, have Amanda on the other side for the beautyshop during excellent customer service.
