I had a wonderful lunch today. I enjoyed everything I ordered. I had the beef patty, ox tail stew, flat bread, rice, and beans. I had ordered the goat stew, but the waitress informed me the chef said that it wasn’t tender enough yet. That was unfortunate, but I respect the chef’s standards. It was my first time having ox tail, and it was incredibly tender, relatable to pot roast but more tender. I’ll definitely be back with my family to explore more of the menu.

Brah, I found this place online and thought "wow I've never seen this place, let's go!" Y'all, this is not it! I feel like I just wasted $60! Plates was skimpy asl, The cabbage was bland asl, the red beans and rice was bland and dry asl ( not a hint of coconut milk) the green beans was definitely from a can, the salmon was overcooked and dry, And idk they did to the plantains! Now the restaurant is nice, and the people are too. I'll definitely not be back. Don't waste y'all money. People that's on here saying this is the best the ever tasted, obviously have never had real carribean food. If could give 0 stars, I would!

Absolutely not. Never coming back. I was so disappointed. They were super nice ppl. With a super cool environment to vibe in. But please hire a cook / chef/ or somebody’s grandma to cook for your customers. This is embarrassing.

Real, homemade Caribbean food, in the heart of Augusta? It lives here, and it is truly 5 star. Everything from the house made, refreshing beverages, to the authentic jerk taste, and the service of which was not short of impressive, Pasche’s is a must-eat in Augusta. The most impressive part was when I tried to leave a tip at the end of the meal, I was told “We don’t do it for the tips, we do it for the community here, to be able to enjoy a real, traditional Caribbean meal.”

The absolute worst Caribbean food I have ever had the displeasure of eating. There was not any salt used, the cabbage tasted of curry ONLY, it wasn't cooked, the rice was mushy. Worst $20 I've ever spent. And you charge $1 for a souffle cup of gravy?!
