They helped us determine our true needs and blended those into a functional and aesthetically beautiful design for our home. Architect, advisor and sometimes even counselor, Savannah helped us navigate very strict architectural covenants while maintaining our vision for the home. Easy to work with Designing team. Appointments required. Don't be in a hurry for a custom designed home/apt/condo/garage...."You" getting it correct takes time. Attend your design reviews, take recommendations, and come with ideas (photos) of what you want incorporated into your plans. About 3 months of work for your own custom set of full blue print plans...then you can hand them to Licenced respected history checked local Builders for quotes. Don't be cheap...this process isn't. Remember you can purchase existing plans right off the shelf...and or tweek them so if your a novice you are not starting from scratch. I'm on my 6th custom/tweeked design residential project.
