During Christmas I was told that you didn’t have to wait to l get an online order, you just had to come up and let them know and you’ll be able to bypass the long line. Fast forward today I came to pick up my Mother’s Day order and they tell you that you have to wait in line…. What’s the purpose of online ordering if you have to do this …..I could have purchased in the store. Do not waste your time ordering online..

Obviously the $500+ I was going to spend was not important to the manager Kenya. Alexandria has been the only person I have worked with when it comes to crafting my bracelets. I have a full gold one, a full rose gold one, and I am now working on filling my silver bracelet. In the middle of making a decision for my purchase, the manager Kenya interrupted my interaction with Alexandria, and told me she needed her somewhere else. First thing, she is not the store manager, and that decision should not have come from her, and if she knew how to do her job properly she wouldn't need Alexandria, she could manage by herself. I am highly disappointed with my shopping experience and I won't be back for a while. I hope it was worth it manager Kenya. Thank you Alexandria for always being so sweet. She truly makes Pandora in Augusta Mall special.

Please conduct customer service training for your staff. I had the rudest associate on Christmas Eve. She has no self awareness her non verbals are alarming. From rolling her eyes, speaking in a disrespectful tone when I told her she was being rude to me she aggressively said no I'm not! The best experience was the lady at the door direting the line. She was extremely welcoming.

Terrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you walks in and the representatives are also terrible at multitasking. And simple “hello we’ll be right with you” will ALWAYS SUFFICE!

I'm a huge fan of pandora jewelry. I have multiple bracelets,charms and rings. My problem with them is that they are not a everyday wear. If you wear them everyday they will break. If you had them a year they will not repair or replace. Plus I've had several to turn. What do I do? What can be done?
