Palmetto Smart Home did an amazing job at our home. We needed work on our CCTV system as well as our Home Theater and whole house audio. We needed to integrate all the components to run smoothly as our last home theater system that was not working. We upgraded our CCTV system with a Human Intrusion notification for our dock since we have had some trouble with trespassers. They completely rewired the camera system with state of the art cameras. We had a whole house speaker system that wouldn’t cooperate with our old setup. We now can enjoy various sources of audio throughout the house. Jackson, Alex and Mike were professional, courteous and worked assiduously to get everything to run smoothly. We also replace our internet mesh system which now runs perfectly. When we needed a tweak to the system, they came back several times to address some concerns. They were happy to help us - some days all day! I really can’t say enough about this company. They are very responsive to emails and texts. In fact we plan to use them at another location that we own. I highly recommend Palmetto Smart Home to help with your smart home technology.
