Palmetto Circle Apartments

I was visiting palmetto circle recently and What really stood out to me was the management team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making the community feel welcoming and organized. Even as a visitor, I felt the difference good management makes.

This place is absolutely horrible with up keep, property management and any other categories you can think of. I reached out to the property manager Amethyst Robinson over a week ago thru email and voicemails in regards to my air conditioner not functioning properly and she still hasn’t responded and she is NEVER in the office. I’ve requested the phone number for the Coporate office from the sister property PineCrest Apartments and was told they aren’t allowed to give the number out to tenants. There is absolutely no communication, up keep or anything like such at these properties. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

The place is quiet and reasonably priced. Up until the recent change in management was ok with this place. Maintenance has no clue nor is anything that needs to be done done properly, the property manager has absolutely no follow up and now extra charges keep being added on the rent even when you have proved it shouldn’t be there. Waiting on an airconditioner replace to lower an expensive light due to a weak unit going on 2 months now I put the order in. I had to replace decades of paint covered vents so much that they had to be cut from the wall and very little opening where the vent lips were. There was no working smoke detector and no fire extinguishers to be found. Spiders taking over outside of the building along with the bath tubs painted instead of recover or replace. They also say all inclusive in your rent but tack on 65$ for water each month 20 trash and 10 pest control. I have never used 65$ in water in a month in my life. This place could be amazing in the right hands.

I went by to see these apartments before I filled out an application and it was the most horrible place I have EVER seen!!!! And for it to be on THAT side of town, you would have expected BETTER!!! The place is LITERALLY FALLING APART!! It looks very unsafe to live there. I'm surprised people actually call this place a "home" because I WOULD NOT!! I'm glad I went to see it before I applied.
