If I could give it a lower rating I’d put the star under building… just the worst experience, worst customer care ever. To whom ever sees this; this location steals from the customers. I don’t know how else to describe the shopping experience. My cousin made a hasty purchase of ESSENTIAL DEAR OF GOD; a $151 hoodie to boot. When we went to return the hoodie (same day purchase)-(06/24/25) both on duty managers who didn’t want to name themselves but the associate for check out was Olivia did not want to do the return based off the fact he had worn it for several hours. My cousin barely wore the hoodie anywhere outside the mall he purchased mind you this same day purchase. They asked what was the nature of the return we stated that he just needed to get a refund and then the rebuttal was “ it’s PacSun Policy to not do refunds of items worn…….. very confused 🤔 it’s the policy of every clothing store to do returns, it says so on the receipt the website even posted in store. Especially for FEAR OF GOD apparel. Both of the on duty managers lied to my face multiple customers I’m sure, and to the security of the mall about the refund policy one of the managers who would name herself try to act like the jacket was torn because he took the tag off upon returning the hoodie We brought back the receipt, the tag and the hoodie that that’s all that that’s required. Yet, when we went to do the refund, we were denied his refund because he had worn it out the store that doesn’t even make sense. Then she tried to go on the website and manipulate security in the mall to make it seem like PacSun‘s policies were not to return anything that had the tag off of it, but what she was showing security was the online refund policy, not the in-store refund policy and then not even the refund policy for Essential fear of God apparel I am blown away by the blatant at this point racism and complete BS from PacSun at this Augusta location in Augusta, Georgia, there has got to be only one pack sun...

Do not shop here. I walk the mall regularly and see a lot of different things but I couldn’t stay silent after witnessing these employees treat their shoppers so inhumane like it’s routine. I Watched this white girl rob her customer and then laughed at him. I know I’m not shopping with this business that’s for sure.

Definitely the best PacSun I’ve been to. They’ve got a great variety of options!

The Manager very helpful and knowledgeable on how meet customer's needs. Suggest alternative products if not available!

Prices are too high if it wasn't for my son I wouldn't even step in the store. Will not be returning!
