Absolute terrible customer service. Bought a brand new Echo 4010 and it was having trouble from the get go. First Nathan (a sales rep) said well check it out. 9 days later I stop in and ask about it. Wouldn’t you know my ticket is still in the pile of check ins. But it’s to much to go though but in the end they said the fuel wasn’t to be run in that saw and that was the problem. Even though previously a mechanic checked the fuel out and said it was fine. I mean it was non ethanol with echos red premium 2 cycle. Mix so I’m just not sure what they meant except we’re just not going to warranty it. Still reeling from the event but have had issues before with Billy the bald bump on a log. And Nathan who can’t complete a task without Steve telling him what to do. But for your sake should you need something of the brands they sell please go someplace else. And LAST BUT NOT LEAST If you have something with a problem don’t go there for service. You won’t see it till next season.

I bought a new zero turn mower from them in 2022, no problems with mower what so ever. 2 years later, I go back and buy the same type mower to help my daughter. The mower has 7 hours on it and boom, problems. Now, they tell me it will be months to look at it.

I am very disappointed In this company, and I regret ever taking my 2007 Gravely Zero turn to them for service. Prior to dropping it off, I called and explained what needed to be done in order to get it operating and running efficiently. They are Gravely dealers so we expected them to be able to repair and service our lawnmower. Management told me to bring it in for repairs. Initially, they told me they were three weeks behind. On October 29, 2024, we dropped it off to be serviced. It runs, but there are issues with the hydraulic lines that lift the deck up. Also, it needs new belts, spindles, and the PTO needs new bearings. Fast-forward to week six give or take. I called that Monday to get an update and they told me I was next in line and that my mower would be ready Friday. Needless to say, Friday came and went with no phone call. The following Monday I get a call from management saying they’re not gonna be able to repair my zero turn because it’s too hard to get parts. They kept our zero turn all that time and never even attempted to service it. It cost me $90.00 plus a bunch of time to have it towed home. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. They failed to communicate and didn’t even attempt to repair our zero turn.

Called, had my parts in stock Got there within 5 minutes of the call and was out of there in less than 3 minutes Incredible service, these guys have it together
