Nothing Bundt Cakes

Forgot to order ahead for a networking event this past Wednesday! Needed two dozen bundtinis!! Walked right in staff was AMAZING AND FAST! Walked in and out with the most delish bite size cakes for my event!!! Moist and perfect in every way!!!! The cakes also paired amazing with some yummy wine!!!!!

I normally am not one to leave a review, but I bought two lemon blueberry cakes today and one is literally HALF the size of the other one. It is literally half of the cake??? I’m pretty pissed spending $6 on a cake only to get home and see one is smaller than your average cupcake. Very disappointed as I’ve been a customer for such a long time and have never had such a disappointing cake.

Need more staff on Mother’s Day (Day before Mother’s Day). Ordered online a day in advance and still had to wait 45 minutes and wait in a long line. There were people that ordered maybe things that are a little quicker to make and got their order before me.

I placed an order online on May 5 for 1 qty of Butterflies Bundtinis, custom assortment 12ct flavors with Butterfly toppers, Happy Mothers Day flag and a custom message card saying Happy Mothers Day to my mom and to be delivered between 4:30pm-5pm. I rec’d a call after 4pm from staff member (won’t mention the name) informing me they were out of the butterfly toppers. I asked to not put any toppers and was told I’d be reimbursed for them. Not only was this order delivered 30mins late (driver stated store wasn’t prepared) but the order was wrong and embarrassing. The flavors were not as requested and there was “Best Dad” toppers, mustache toppers and hat toppers on the bundtinis along with no custom card. I contacted the store immediately to be told by another staff member (won’t mention the name) they apologize and I will be reimbursed for the full order. We are now 19 days and still no call back from the store manager as to when I’ll receive the reimbursement and each time I call to follow up, I’m given a different reason as to why this hasn’t happen.

I was given one of the bunt cakes (white chocolate raspberry) as a gift. I am over the moon over how Moist and frosting so creamy!! Best Bunt cake I have ever had !! I will be a frequent customer for life !! Thank you to my BFF for such a delicious gift ! ❤️
