Northern Tool + Equipment

This store popped up as a dealer for husqvarna chainsaws. Ran in just to discover they aren't a dealer at all. Furthermore the brand they did carry they had no saw blades for it either. Not even sure if I saw a single employee in the store the entire time. They need to remove this stores suggestions for husqvarna equipment if they dont sell it.

The customer service in this store is terrible! I dropped off my Ego Trimmer on 12/19/24 for repair. They told me they would call me as soon as they knew what needed to be fixed. Call never came. I called after 3 weeks to be told they were waiting on parts. No call ever came, to give me some kind of idea that they had the parts or any kind of information. On 2/6/25 I call them to find out when I can finally get my Ego trimmer back. This very RUDE lady tells me that she called and left a message on 1/24/25 that it was fixed and ready to pick up. That was almost 2 weeks ago! I told her I never got a message, and had she left a message there is no way on my cell number to not get a message! I told her she had to have dialed the wrong number. I suggested that if you don't get a call back after a few days from a customer, maybe it's good customer service to call them again, since it's quite evident that the incorrect number was dialed. This is where she got real nasty and told me she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me!! If I had done that at my work, I would have been fired 30x over! This rude lady who may be a manager or supervisor I believe has the Initials K. K after seeing the paper-work today. This store doesn't even deserve to be open with the attitude and rudeness displayed here. Save yourself the agony and take your business elsewhere!

The website stated my product would be available for pickup in 1 hour, so I made the purchase only to discover the stores not open on Sunday. Big inconvenience because I need the creeper today

I talked a mam named John I believe. He was rude and then he got super load and I got louder until we both were screaming at each other. They haven't had a $200 welding helmet for 7 months. I've called I've gone up there. I had to go to Columbia for my replacement helmet. I will not ever recommend northern tool and further be it dude better be happy I'm not a little more phycotic. This used to be a good place to go, for whatever reason the prices are way higher than everyone else for the same products. I went in looking for a pair of knipex pliers and they were $86 at northern tool and $68.63 on amazon. Anytime I'm looking for a tool i check here and its always higher than anyone else.
