Nelson Fitness Center (Gym 6)

Not as much equipment as the other gyms on base and the dumbbells are sometimes mismatched, but it's always less busy.

Gym has a basketball court, which the other on-post don't. Good machines. 3 saunas. They also have racquetball and a volleyball court.

Much better than the other gyms on post !!! Not crowded. Small but has everything you need. Showers sauna seat cover everything

I love this little gym! For those that don't like a large gym crowd and don't use tons of equipment, this is a good place to go. I like to do a quick cardio-sauna-shower routine there on my lunch breaks. It's located right behind TMC4 and is a short walk from Back Hall and MOD II if you do not want to lose your spot over there.

This gym is adequate for your basic fitness needs. Definitely one of the nicer gyms here, so I'd recommend making your way to this one. I believe the locker rooms here are also a bit nicer, so there's another benefit of heading to this one.
