Staff was sweet, caring and helpful. Much better than our experience with the MyEyeDr on wrightsboro Rd! The only complaint I have is we waited 2 weeks after ordering my daughter's glasses to hear from them about our order being ready to pick up, when I didn't hear from them by day 14 I called them and the glasses were there and ready, just would've appreciated them reaching out and letting us know when they came in

Today was the first time I have ever stepped foot in an eye office. I have never worn glasses so l am not familiar with the terminology, prices or glasses. You only get one chance to be nice and respectful to someone and make a great impression. Dr.Villa miss that opportunity. Dr. Villa was not nice or patient at all. My 10 year old told me when we got into the car, he was mean and impatient with her. The only nice lady was the one in the back doing all the actual eye exam. I wish I knew her name. She explained everything she was going to do and assured my kids they will be okay. But when we got to the back I felt like Dr. Villa rushed us out. He was irritable, short patient and mean. He did not explain what anything was. I left feeling so lost and confused. I was furious. When we begin shopping for eyewear, the lady was going on and on about how my kids eyes were horrible and they need to get outside more. My kids and I will not come back! There are too many eye companies around and I don’t have to be subject to this kind of treatment. I hate this was my children’s first experience at their eye exam. Sadly this was their first experience and it was not a good one. They also gave me no explanation of what I was paying for just tacking on prices. Again this was my FIRST TIME so I had no idea what to expect. However I do know what it looks like to be kind, patient and to use language that the patient can understand .

From scheduling the appointment to picking up my glasses was a whole vibe. The office staff is amazing! Their customer service is unmatched. The exam was thorough. Picking out my frames was a breeze because Grace ensured that we picked out the best ones and also stayed within the budget!! Insurance was a piece of cake because I didn’t have to deal with it the staff had everything already figured out no guess work. I have officially found my forever vision clinic. Thanks again ladies!!

Exceptional service from beginning to end. The ability and flexibility to book online and add all of your insurance information. Is helpful and makes the entire process easy. I was seen promptly and politely by the front desk. The technician and doctor was very thorough and explained all the medical jargon to be so I knew exactly what was going on with my eye health. The staff then helped me pic frames that suited my face, and measurements. Overall great experience throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I was greeting with such energetic and beautiful women just walking in! My doctor Dr. Schwan, was new and she was so kind to me! She made such an effort to make sure I was comfortable and she went above and beyond for her service for me! Especially for my contacts! Sincerely thank you. And Mrs. Angela and Mrs. Bailey were so kind to me. I felt so comfortable and safe to ask any questions and really enjoyed my experience there! Thank you guys!
