When we first found out that we needed our water line from the street to the house replaced, we were overwhelmed and had way too much information to process. A friend recommended Mr. Rooter, and I couldn’t be happier. David and his team were helpful, courteous and so efficient. They explained the process, offered a solution so they could save my favorite flowers that had been planted directly on top of the line, and their work carries an excellent warranty. I won’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing services. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had Chris show up for water stains from my 2nd floor master bath. Took him about 2 minutes to diagnose the problem, and then about 40 minutes to fill out the paperwork. Loose shower drain, needed sealant. Id give a 3 stars for the price and labor, but he explained exactly what the corporate price tag means. He also suggested a cleaner to get rid of the water stains, which worked great. Chris was also very down to earth and honest. He COULD have said he needed to cut into the ceiling, but instead was honest. Ill call them every time i have plumbing issues from here on out

As we have been having some irrigation/sod work done, it was suspected there may be a leak under the house. Our contractor called Mr Rooter Plumbing company for us and the next morning they came. Thank God there was no leak but a huge shout out to Chris, at Mr Rooter, for his professionalism and quick response to help and giving us peace of mind.

We have always had a great experience with the gentlemen that work for this company, and today was no different. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and willing to educate their customers. Will be happy to call them again when needed.
